RECONFIRMATION: Domestic: Prestige Travel, Inc. recommends that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure. International: We recommend that you reconfirm your flights at least 72 hours prior to departure and provide a local contact to the carrier in the event of any last-minute schedule adjustments.
CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS: Domestic 2 hours. International 3 hours. Note: check in later than these times could result in denied boarding. Times may vary. You are responsible to allow adequate time for TSA security, domestic and international customs and airline gate agents.
OVERBOOKING: Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding are available at airline ticket counters.
PRICE INCREASES: Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the Supplier and/or government entity after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. By signing below, you are consenting to those terms and conditions.
FEES AND PRICE REDUCTIONS: Prestige may charge an upfront non-refundable service fee for planning services covering all land arrangements, which may include hotels, car rentals, transfers, and coordinated travel documents. All of our fees are non-refundable. In addition, if airline tickets are purchased outside a package, then a ticketing fee may apply, which will be disclosed to you at the time of the transaction. If your travel arrangements are cancelled or postponed by a travel supplier due to events or occurrences including, but not limited to, equipment failures, weather, natural disasters, pandemic, governmental or civil disruptions, or any other reason, Prestige will try to assist you with refunds or alternate arrangements, to which a non-refundable will apply and will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. If a Supplier drops reduces the price of a trip after booking, Prestige will try to assist you with rebooking if Supplier policies permit, and a fee may apply. Prestige is unable to guarantee any refunds or successful rebooking.
INSURANCE: For your protection, Prestige strongly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Prestige also strongly recommends that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased. However, if Prestige is the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds on your behalf, and remit those funds to the Suppliers. If the Suppliers do not provide the services, your only recourse would be against the Suppliers, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback against Prestige.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: To change or cancel your flight itinerary, call this travel agency or the airline you are scheduled to travel on. Most unused tickets have various restrictions and may be subject to penalties or fees for changes or cancellations. Be sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plans enroute, ask the airline to apply the value of your unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. Failure to cancel flight reservations prior to departure may cause forfeiture of entire flight value. If you are holding guaranteed car or hotel reservations that you need to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible to avoid mandatory payment. Most hotels require cancellation 48 hours or more before arrival.
